Overall: 
Revenue Gateway is not as easy to use as some other affiliate programs, but they pay high commissions and they have a lot of products to choose from in the health arena. In addition to health, they offer several programs in categories such as business, cell phone/ringtones, education, entertainment, financial, insurance, and dating. The Revenue Gateway customer service department does a good job, too, of keeping affiliates informed of hot new offers as they come out. Headquartered abroad, we've done our homework in verifying the legitimacy of this operation, and we've not found any affiliates who are complaining. That's a good sign, and so are those super-high commissions.
Ease of Use: 
Similar to MarketLeverage, Revenue Gateway is a sort of portal for affiliate programs. Unlike MarketLeverage, their management of the large amount of information available on their website could use some streamlining. We like their health product offers, for example, especially the Hoodia and Acai Berry, but great offers lose value if they're hard to find, which they are at Revenue Gateway. Luckily, even if they seem unable to organize them into any coherent system, they do have some really hot offers, many of which are exclusive to the site.
Reputation/Security:
Revenue Gateway has become a major player in the affiliate marketing business, and therefore we'd like to see some fuller disclosure about who is running this company. Their "About Us" page, for instance, is short on details. That being said, they have a strong reputation within the industry for paying on time and in full. Their technology is solid, and the affiliates we've spoken with have only positive things to say about them.
Customer Service:
Their affiliate support group is based out of Costa Rica. They offer a toll free number, email, and live chat to support their affiliate partners. We've been impressed with their customer service staff and response times. The live chat feature is helpful. Revenue Gateway should also be commended for executing a proactive customer service policy, such as letting affiliates know about new opportunities, rather than just responding to questions and issues.
Commission Rate: 
This category is the reason why Revenue Gateway is, despite its limitations in other respects, one of the best affiliate programs available today. The actual commission rates vary widely based on the product you're promoting, but we'd direct you to their health product offers for some of the highest commissions per sale on the Web. Their Acai Berry Detox offer, for example, currently pays affiliates $30 per sale--and the customer receives a free trial of the product, to boot. We know of other programs (no names needed) that pay $17 commission on the exact same sale.
Ease of Commission Payment:
Revenue Gateway, perhaps because they're headquartered abroad, encourages affiliates to take payment via bank transfer or PayPal. They will send you a check if you really want it that way, but generally they like to do things electronically. They pay monthly for the previous month's sales, and we have not heard of any of their 1,500 affiliates receiving a single payment late.
